Quicksilvers Inaugural Luncheon

Something new is taking shape at St. Alban’s this fall.

Quicksilvers is an upcoming ministry for members and friends of St. Alban’s age 55 and older devoted to friendship, fellowship, learning, and all the experiences that come with this season of life.

We invite all people interested in this ministry to join Bishop Frank Brookhart, who will be serving as chaplain to Quicksilvers, after the 10:30 a.m. Eucharist on Sunday, October 11th in the newly refurbished St. Amphibalus Room for an inaugural luncheon and conversation about what Quicksilvers might become.

What would be meaningful, interesting, useful, or simple fun? Rather than beginning with a program mapped out, we want to begin by listening to one another. The gifts and ministries of our 55+ community here at St. Alban might lend itself to speakers and conversations, cultural events, outings around Los Angeles, or even adventures that we have not imagined yet.
