Bella Notte: An Evening of Italian Opera Favorites

Classic hits from the world of Italian Opera, whether you've heard them on the big screen, in advertisements, or maybe just in a Bugs Bunny cartoon.

St. Alban’s heads to Italy for the third installment in our in-house concert series, with an evening of Italian Opera’s “greatest hits.” Producer and performer Adam McCrory will be joined by Virginia Douglas and Benjamin Cross from the St. Alban’s Choir, plus a number of special guest singers including familiar faces from previous concerts. The collaborative pianist for the concert will be Wendy Caldwell, a former St. Alban’s musician.

These nine performers will present many of the most-loved arias, duets, and group scenes from works by Mozart, bel canto composers, Verdi, and Puccini. Chances are you’ll recognize a tune or two!

After the concert, the artists welcome their guests to meet and mingle at a social reception on the St. Alban’s patio, including finger food and Italian wines. Some limited free parking will be available in the St. Alban’s lot, with additional spots on Hilgard Avenue and in UCLA Lot 2 for $15.
