With Eastertide drawing to a close, please join us for a few community events!
In May:
May 24th, Pentecost: Come celebrate a special Sunday with us as we celebrate Pentecost, which marks the sharing of the Holy Spirit with the first followers of Christ. We invite people to wear red on this day to recognize the movement of the Spirit, love, and the birth of our church. 8 am spoken service in the Bishop Johnson Memorial chapel, and 10:30 am choral service with incense in the church.
Coming up in June:
June 4th, Choral Evensong and Canterbury Graduation Celebrations: Our parish serves a number of UCLA students through our Canterbury young adults' ministry, both undergraduate and graduate. Come join us as we blend faith and tradition to celebrate the end of a chapter for some of our Canterbury students in their final weeks in university. Service at 6:30 pm in the church.
June 7th, St. Alban's Day: Join us in community as we mark the veneration of St. Alban, the first recorded martyr of Britain, and join us for a special service and picnic afterward! Combined worship at 10:30 am in the church.
